Queer & Trans
Therapy for Neurodivergent People
How can Therapy for my Neurodivergence help me?
Many queer and trans people carry some form of neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD, AuDHD, dyslexia, OCD, synesthesia, and others. Neurodivergence can be most succinctly characterized by a different and frequently more intense experience of the world. Together we can create a plan that helps you accept your neurodivergence and build helping coping skills that will allow you to affirm your differences, not fight them. I have lived experience with AuDHD as well as late diagnosis. If you are looking for a neurodivergent-affirming therapist who is also queer in Santa Clara, San Jose, Stockton, or Santa Cruz, please reach out via my contact form!

What do you say, traveler? Are you ready for the next adventure?
Whether you’ve been in therapy before or this is your first time, lay your worries to rest by entering a space where your identity doesn’t need an explanation. The Chrysalis is a space that advocates for fewer assumptions, safer talks about intimacy and community, and an intricate grasp of hurdles such as family, coming out, discrimination, and microaggressions.
